The skin retouching....Here is my take, there is 'grain'(slight) showing in the blur areas, but not on the face (super smooth). I know this to be a characteristic of high ISO on digital, and it can not look 'right' because of that. What I am trying to say is, in the retouch areas a hint of grain is beneficial in making more continuity of texture in the whole photo. Having the grain match through out gives a more natural look and brings people back to the moment and off the retouching. Thats my 2 cents on the matter. Still, I really dig this image. Well done.
And'.......... since I don't know anything of how you captured, edited, or look going for... my input is in the blind. No ill vibe intended.
~Cheers
